As a 20-year industry veteran, Louise excels at making sure all our creative is driven from a core human truth. In other words, getting into the hearts and minds of the consumer and creating a laser-focused strategy is fundamental to everything Louise does. 

Having seen the industry from many angles – working client side at Nestlé and conducting
consumer research at Millward Brown and Hall & Partners – Louise has a quick grasp of seeing and understanding the entire picture.
 

Louise’s previous experience includes consumer research and strategic planning both in the UK and US with global and local responsibilities. She has championed highly connected brand strategies on such diverse brands as Old Spice, Hoover, Walgreens, Corner Bakery Cafe and Illinois Lottery. (And she just so happens to have a British accent!) And yes, Downtown Partners had fun saying we would “connect with our planner in Uganda and get back to you” while Louise was on a sabbatical in 2013, which is a whole other insightful story.
